At TECDA, we do not do traditional festivals. However, we do compete with the UK's top dance schools at various other competitons throughout the year:
TECDA attends UK Dance Class Championships all around the country.
Dancers compete in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Commercial in age groups from 6 years - 17 years.
Some groups have up to 70 competitors.
We are very pleased to have been placed in the top 6 for many age groups and categories especially when you consider the size of the groups and that we are competing against some of the UK's best schools.
In 2018, we won 15 medals in one day.
In 2019, we will attend the 'Champion of Champions' event.
